A day on the phones..

ME: Hello. Tech support, How can I help you ?

CALLER: Yes, Hi, I have a problem with my mouse..

ME: What seems to be the problem?

CALLER: Well I can click the mouse but I cant move the cursor ..

ME: Please check the base of the mouse and ensure that the little ball is there..

CALLER: ok.. Hold on.. ill go check..

*Several minutes pass*

CALLER: Hi, no there is no ball in the mouse.. Could it have fallen out ?

ME: No I doubt that.. More like one of your friends stole it just for fun..

CALLER: why would they do that and how do I fix this ?

ME: I don't know .. Friends do this sort of stuff all the time.. to fix it, find the little ball and put it back in the mouse..

CALLER: ok.. if I cant find it what should I do ?

ME: Call me back and ill go to the pet shop and get you a new one..

CALLER: Pet shop ?

ME: Yes for a new mouse..

CALLER: right.. ill go look for this thing now.. what does it look like?

ME: A little grey or white ball

CALLER: ok.. ill phone back if I cant find it.. Oh wait.. I found it.. its sitting here on the desk.. am sure it wasn't there a minute ago..

ME: Good.. put the ball back in the mouse..

CALLER: Ok hold on..

*about 8 minutes later*

CALLER: I've done that and now its working ok . Thanks for all your help. Bye.

ME: Your welcome.. Bye..

*Hangs Up*
